Change grades qualification certification

I want somebody to change my grades. I am desperate because if I don’t get it done my human rights will be violated as I live in a nation who simply does not recognize even I was born there, I left education because I had no money to pursue it and I’m gud at work but they require qualification which I do not have but I believe it’s compliance between govt and company which is causing the issue for ppl like us who have the experience of the job but no qualification.

I ask you to help me and I will pay u with the best of my ability.

this task is different perhaps because it requires clarity in every step of the way in my opinion , proving how everything is done.
